To solve this issue, you can first try to plot the curves in MPLOT, it usually accepts bigger datafiles.

You can also go to "Simulate/Simulation Options/Output" anc hange "Fixed output rate for waveform" or "Variable output rate for waveform". All points will be calculated but only a part will be saved, which will reduce the result file siez.
