Hi,
Usually when I send e-mails for technical assistance to "support@emtp-software.com ", I receive an automatic reply with the case ID for follow up.
Recently I've sent some emails but got no automatic reply with the case ID nor any reply whatsoever.
I'm concerned whether my e-mails have been received.
My email is renan.furlaneto@aluno.ufabc.edu.br.

The email adress that appears in my EMTP software is support@emtp.com, which is different from the one that you have written above. Perhaps they have changed it.
I have written to this email for the very first time. Lets see if if works.
