Cannot connect signals by name due to visibility issues.

Hi there,

I am attempting to connect signals by name in my network but am getting this error/warning:

Error message

I am aware that connecting signals by name is normally not recommended, but it is the best way for me to do it as I'm using a script to run 1000+ simulations.

I have used this method previously with smaller networks with no issues, but for some reason it does not work with my newer, larger network.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Harrison

Hi Jerome, thanks for the response.

I have attempted to use both 'connectByName' and 'connectTo' functions. In the past, the connectByName function has worked for me, however, in this new larger network, a lot of the output files show no response. If I then move the signals closer together, and re-simulate, I will get a non-zero output.

The warning that I attached is displayed to me when I 'zap' the signals name. Also - I have the same issue as described above when I manually connect the signals by name.

Thanks,

Harrison
