I am doing a TRV study on a 345 kV reactor breaker. I noticed the EMTP example splits the reactor model in two. Why is this?

Reactor Model
Since the reactor's capacitances are distributed in nature, the 2 levels are required to represent adequately the reactor behavior at high frequencies during current chopping, which involves HF phenomena.
